drag and drop plugin not working

Hi All,

I got an issue with one of our client.

She was using Windows XP, Internet explorer 8. We're using Webtop 6.7

I've checked the preferences, and  "enable drag and drop" was checked.

Also checked the plugin, and already make sure that DmDragDrop is enabled.

But when she try to drag and drop the document to Webtop, instead of showing import screen, it opened up the document..

Please advice..

Delete the ActiveX and try downloading it/reinstalling it.  Also verify that its XP SP3 and you have JRE 1.6.0_20 installed.  Avoid using newer JRE versions.
