TaskSpace 6.6 on Weblogic 10.3 Error

Hi,

I need to deploy TaskSpace 6.6 on weblogic 10.3 application server.

I have followed the steps mentioned in installation guide. But after deployment when I tried to access the application, I got below error.

I thought it was of corrupted jar, but replacing the jars with proper one also not servered any solution.

Request you all to help if anyone knows/had experienced such issue with Weblogic.

1. javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/exolab/castor/xml/schema/SimpleTypeFactory

2. javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.documentum.tools.adaptor.AdaptorUtility

Are you using the JDK that is mentioned in the release notes for Taskspace 6.6? I have seen problems using newer versions.

Yes Johney,

Weblogic 10.3 supports java 1.6 only, and I have deployed on JDK 6. So that should not be any problem.

I am not sure if I am missing any point as per deployment guide.

I have also added the jars in classpath but no luck.

Have you include any custom components in your Taskspace? I'm not familiar with org.exolab.castor package.
