How to check whether a message file(.msg) is encrypted

Hi All,

We are working on a requirement, in which we want to check document to be imported is encrypted or not.

If it is encrypted then import interface should give an alert asking user to import a decrypted version.

Is anyone know how to detect the document(of .msg type) is encrypted using specific private certificate(mostly using outlook).

Does it follow any specific pattern while scrambling the file?
