Document Viewer not working

Hi all,

I have used a document view of type dm_document in my form created using forms builder.The document gets displayed when the form is associated with one workflow but gives an error with another.

In Taskspace we have configured pdf documents to be viewed in Adobe Reader.When I attach a pdf document of type dm_document to the form the following error is displayed.

Not able to understand this error and how to rectify it.

Please post screenshot of how you configured Adobe Reader for pdf files. Your error references viewONE class, which I think is used by Daeja Viewer.

Hi Johnny,

There is no procedure as such to configure Adobe Reader for pdf files.

Here is the screenshot of teh configuration.

I just wanted to check that pdf wasnt reassigned to Daeja. I re-read your original post and you said that it works with one workflow but not another. Are these different workflow templates or just different workflow instances? Also, did you customize taskmanager? A screenshot of error trigger by the 2nd workflow would be nice as well.

Hi Johnny,

These are two different workflow templates.

The documents was not visible when used in a form attached to a particular workflow.Then i created a new workflow and attached a new form to it.I was able to view the document in this new wrokflow.

Also the taskmanager has not been customized.The screenshot attached in the first post is itself the error trigerred whenever the document is not displayed.
