Dear All,

After I have installed BAM server and configured it, along with adjusting a process to be reportable, when i try to create a dashboard within TaskSpace and include any category within the preconfigured dashboard, i get the following error message:

I checked BAM server URL with no errors, along with checking BAM server status from TaskSpace adminsitartion tab and found that it is running.

I noticed that no data has being written to BPM_PROCESS_EVENT table within the BAM database, meanwhile, audit trail for workflow events has been reported successfully to the docbase.

Also, while working with PRS, no data is being returned for all categories, which ensures that no data has been flushed to the BAM database.

I checked the job "dm_wfpublishevents" which should be responsible to move audit trail data to BAM database and didn't find it within the list of job in DA.

Can anyone guide me to the cause of this behavior?

Dear All,

After following the steps in Appendx A: "Unpacking and Repacking EAR and WAR Files" in BAM installation manual, and re-installing BAM webapp, most of the preconfigured report categories don't show the mentioned error message when added to a dashboard or tested through PRS (except "Count of process started within the last month" report category which still generates the same error).

Concerning BAM logs, yes, i notice some errors such as:

DfException:: THREAD: Thread-2; MSG: [DFC_BOF_GLOBAL_REGISTRY_NOT_CONFIGURED] A global registry is not configured; ERRORCODE: ff; NEXT: null

org.springframework.remoting.support.RemoteInvocationTraceInterceptor - Processing of HttpInvokerServiceExporter remote call resulted in fatal exception: com.emc.documentum.bpm.common.services.report.FusionChartReportService.getFusionChartFormattedReport

com.emc.documentum.bpm.common.exceptions.BamRuntimeExceptionMsgResolver: Pie report [Count of Processes Started within the Last Month] cannot be displayed, as all values are zero.

Aside of the errors mentioned above, i can consider my issue is now resolved.
