Email address list

Hi good people,
I was wondering what the best way is to get a list of all valid email addresses assigned to various folders.
I know that these are stored in the project table of the SQL database but I would also like to give these emails a descriptive name by associating them with Custom 1 filed (in this case client field).
For instance
emails.int@ws8.domain.com - (Custom 1 field) John Smith Electrical

Alternatively tell me how I can do this so that clients using the Lotus EMM module and CC folders and select addresses easily.

There isn't a way to directly search for e-mail addresses belonging to folders via the SDK. You may, however, search for the folders then query for their associated e-mail address (through the FullEmail Property of the folder object).

There is also no mechanism to append string after the full email adress (as the FullEmail Property is read-only). What you could probably do is generate your own list by concatenating the Folder.FullEmail and Folder.AdditionalProperties.ItemByName("iMan___25").

Note "iMan___" is the standard prefix of our folder profile attributeid and the number value 25 represents the attributeID imProfileCustom1.
