DAR Installation error which contain Retention policy dmc_rps_escalated_retmgr protected

I gone through following solution as well..no success

esg123692 (DM_SESSION_E_SETUP_ROLES_FOR_RPC or DM_GROUP_E_PROTECTED_ROLE_UNKNOWN_CLIENT while creating or applying the retention policies) and let us know if it assists. Thank you for your co-operation.

1.         Ignore all objects while installing (each artifacts of DAR through composer).

2.         Thought of lifecycle expecting retention policies on target (as I do not find any option of moving retention policies through composer), so created manually retention policy on target. But no success.

3.         Made dmc_rps_escalated_retmgr as public manually through DA , before installation. Still same error.

Did you install RPS dar on the target repository?  Also, which version of Composer are you using?  I know that were a lot of RPS bugs with Composer in 6.5 and 6.6.  I think a lot of them were addressed in 6.7.
