Workflow no reach next activities

I'm creating workflows with Proces Builder 6.5 and WorkFlow Manager 5.3 on top of Documentum 6.0

The flow gets stopped in the second or third activity and doesn't reach next activitites.

All are manual activities without packages and the performer is "workflow supervisor" for simplicity.

No errors, the process is "running" but no activity gets pending on any performer.



Is there prototypes or examples of workflows anywhere i can prove?

And form templates linked to packages throws exceptions:

Exception in JSP: /webcomponent/xforms/xforms.jsp:33

So. No flows the process and can´t edit packages types with form templates.

May be, next activity have two or more input flow and trigger is  "All Input Flows Selected" ? And activity waiting all input "flows" .
