SP2 license - not receiving email

Johnny

Is there anything wrong with the new TS SP2 and OD SP1 license generator?

Everytime I hit Generate it just returns back to the same page with no prompt/message and I do not receive an email.

I've raised a case - just wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem - not sure if there's something wrong with the site or with the info I entered etc.

BTW - I can receive an email with the old license generator.

Hi John,

It looks like there might be something wrong with the generator or with your account. I checked our support records, and didn't see a record of your generation. I am forwarding your email to our support team to fix. If you need a license in the meantime, please forward a request for a license to support and they will be able to generate a key for you.

I hope that helps,
Heather
