create new document action button disabled

Hi,

As per the requirements in taskspace, we want a button in a task view template form for creating a document of a particular type in a particular folder. We have currently created an action for creating the document and have added the invoke action button in the task view form calling that action. However the action button is disabled.

Kindly provide any pointers or suggestions to resolve the issue.

Have the user permission on the target folder or cabinet?

I want to see your action configurattion in Forms Builder

May you attach image here?

I had same problem,but when i create action i change 'Enable action if' to 'Always' and check 'Show if disabled'

and select object type and target folder and give the users 'write' permission on that folder where action works then it work fine

I have captured the taskspace application and the action in the <special> tab of <Invoke button>, the button is still disabled in the form.
