Clustered Database Select box entry

Hello,
I am on Teamsite 6.5 on Win 2003 server. I have this standard ipl file for populating the select box. It works perfectly alright. My Inline command and everything is just fine. Now all i am doing is pointing the ipl to read list from different database which is a "Clustured Database" the interesting thing to notice is that my ipl file works perfectly fine from command line, but it doesn't populate my DCT when loaded.
Please suggest me where there can be any error.

Check your environment variables. Odds are you'll need to set something like for SQL Server\Windows:

$ENV{TEMP} = 'C:\temp';
$ENV{SYSTEMROOT} = 'C:\winnt';

This will vary depending on your environment, but just check the environment variables when you call it from the command line and when you call it from the DCT and you should be able to figure out what you need to set.
