unable to view documents in docviewer - taskform

Dear All,

I have created custom task form in which we have a case folder and a dm_document as packages. In the task form i have embedded a folder view control for the case folder. Now I am able to view the folder contents in the taskform. The problem is , when i select any document in the list, it is not viewable in right side. i.e in the viewer. The viewer is not even getting refreshed. It displays 'Select a document from the list to view it here'.

The viewer is working fine in all other pages like folder contents page or in other task forms where 'folder view' is not embedded.

Which version are you using? Is it 6.5 or 6.7?

I remember that there is some issue in 6.5. EMC has a patch to fix the problem.

Which viewer are you using (eg Brava, Daeja, PAS)? Did you configure viewer for your file format in your taskspace application configuration? This is required in order to view a document via inline viewer.
