Using Reg-ex validations for Hispanic DCT

Hi ,

How do we apply reg-ex validation to a DCT where we enter Language other than ENGLISH like Hispanic ( Spanish ) . Spanish character set is different from ENGLISH .

for e.g.,

FOR ENGLISH :
if we want to validate that the textbox should allow only a-z & A-Z character set then we have reg-ex=[a-z][A-Z]

How we are going to implement this we are entering data in Language other than ENGLISH say HISPANIC
