We have requirement to migration 6.5 repository to 6.7.
I have following things to consider in 6.5 Source Repository
1. Lifecycles.
2. Workflows.
3. ACL.
4. Groups.
5. Methods
6. Jobs
7. Object Model (Change in object model in Target).
8. WDK (WebTop Custommization).
9. Folder Structure Taxonomy Change on Target.
What should be approach. My understading.. need pointers from expert to find out problems I may occure in following.
A. Install DARs for point 1 to 7 from above and Old object model to target. -- ****
B. Update the Object model structure on Target as per requirement.
C. Upgrade the WDK components/ customization (with respective to 6.7 and object model modified) -- *****
D. Migrate the content using Buldoser. --- ***
Need pointers in following.
1. Should I perform B, at the end ? I mean after completion of WDK customization(old object model being referred in WebTop Customization) and Data migration ??
2. How can I migrate the running Instance of Workflow and Lifecycle ? Reason document object reference will be used in Workflow and Lifecycle.
