Reassign a workitem(WDK customization)

Hi all,

I have created a process instance list.When i select a custom right click option of 'Reassign to self' on any workitem listed, the performer should be changed to the current logged in user.And the workitem should appear in the inbox of the new performer.

I am using setPerformer method of IDfWorkflow class to set a new performer.But the new performer does not get the task in its inbox.

Not able to understand how to achieve this.

Hi Gautam,

As the work item is already created, setPerformer() on the workflow might not work. Try to delegate the workitem using Workitem.delegateTask(userName)
