I have a very odd situation that has appeared in both our Development and Test (QA) environments, but not in Production. I don't know when the problem appeared and so haven't been able to nail it down to any particular change.
If I enter a term in the simple search box, I get back 1 and only 1 result. The result is always the same if the word is the same, but is different for different words.
We have a customized Webtop with Brava! Enterprise. Search works fine in "vanilla" webtop and in DA.
We are getting warnings in the all.log: pyxmlrpc_client.fault and socket.error: [Errno 10053], but nothing obvious.
We've verified IP addresses, ipv4/6, registered clients, etc., and have not come up with a resolution.
This is FAST/CS 6.5 SP1.
Does anyone have any ideas where/what to look for?
