Problem with Task Form -Object Selection Action

Hi Experts,

I have created an object selection action. The auction works quite well and does what I want.

I have placed the action in task form and call it with invoke button.When I click on it it opens a search from and I select a document and then write the documents object_name to an attribute of task from.It does everything fine till this step.But the problem is that after I save&close the task form or finish all data gets lost.Can you please help me to find the problem?

i create an invoke button to invoke a wdk component for editing the attributes of the workflow package which is a custom object. after i save the object, return to the task form from the wdk component and finish the task, the data lost.
