DM_SESSION_E_AUTH_FAIL]error: "Authentication failed..."

Hi,

When we start the workflow we are getting the following error,

2011-11-16 05:21:49,671 ERROR tomcat-http--18 com.documentum.web.common.Trace - Failed to create session manager. : [DM_SESSION_E_AUTH_FAIL]error: "Authentication failed for user test1 with docbase xxxx."

at com.documentum.fc.client.DfPrincipalException.convertToPrincipalException(DfPrincipalException.java:23)

we recently moved to webtop 6.6 and integrate it with siteminder for sso login,

Any help is much appreciated.
