Hello All,

im having problem when im configuring CMS.

"Unable to register Accelerated Content Services Administration url. This operation required access to a 6.0 sp1 or later global registry. Please use Documentum Administrator to register the Accelerated Content Services URL (services:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi:/VMDCTM:19081/acs) when a suitable global registry is accessible.[DFC_BOF_CANNOT_FIND_OBJECT] Business object

com.documentum.services.resourceagentsregistry.IResourceAgentRegistryService does not exits in docbase mydocbase"

one more issue i can not login in DA or WP from browser im getting this error "We're sorry, authentication failed."

when i try to change password it is giving error "[DM_SESSION_E_AUTH_FAIL]error: "Authentication failed for user dmadmin with docbase  mydocbase"

Any one can tell me how can i resolve this issue..........

1-tomcate 6

2-documentum 6.5 sp1

3-windows 2003 server r2

Looking at the error message, it seems like you don;t have a docbase configured as the global registry repository. As stated in the message, it is mandatory.

That said, if you don't want to use a global registry, in DA, you could disable ACS altogether. Would suck though because if you handle big size content, it does speed up the transfer...
