Trouble when closing DCR

Setting: TS 6.5 & Search w/ SP1 + Patch on Windows 2003 EE.

A user with IE 6.0 XPSP2 is having a problem that I am not having with the same browser on my machine. (She has 1 GB of RAM while I have only half as much.) The problem is that IE seems to hang when she closes DCRs of certain templating types by edither clicking Finish or Cancel. IE doesn't refresh the screen, stops responding and doesn't take her back to ContentCenter Professional. Killing the IE process kills ContentCenter.

She first noticed that she could edit template-generated pages of certain types but not others. I suggested that she try editing the DCRs directly. She reported that she had better results, but had the same trouble with one particular type.

We're not even using FormAPI : ). Nope, we don't have any workflows connected with DCRs.

Any ideas?

She stopped having trouble after uninstalling all the "toolbars" she had in her browser. She reinstalled the latest versions of at least some of the toolbars, e.g., Google and Weather.

Google's toolbar has cause me a great deal of grief. So do popup blockers that are not
configured properly and users who do not understand that. [simle]
