Get Task Button in Task Space

Hi,

We have a process and one activity is performed by work queue.

When I don't create a form for the task by default it has a get task action.Our requirement is that the end users will search through the work queue and if they want to accept a case then click on this get task button and process the particular item.So far everything is ok but the problem is the next step.

When we design a form for the task the gettask button disappears and this functionality is no longer available.Could you please help me to find which action it is?How can I have the same option on a task form ?

Hi Konstantin,

'Unassing' works fine but 'Accept' button does not do anything.It is active but when I click on it nothing happens.

By the way, where have you been? The forum was so boring without you

This is really it is.I guess there are errors on my form.I create a new form and added the accept button to it and it worked.Have to checkout what is wrong with my form.Thank you very much.

By the way, in our project we hide all other buttons (or some other controls and fields) until the user click on Accept button. You will need to set the rule

"if the .../ExecutionData/task/state = '0' then Hide".

I was very busy on my project. I hope in a few weeks we will start our project in spite of everything (including and mainly due to Documentum's glucks and bugs ) and I will be able to fully participate in the forum.
