FTP inbound initiate

Hi Experts,

I have a process which is initiated by FTP inbound initiate.The problem is that if users upload a big document ftp server the initiate activity does not wait for upload completion it copies some port of the document and automatically the listener shut down.Could you please suggest me something to fix this issue?
