Issues in Form Builder.

Can any one help me plz.

I'm unable to to retrive the data when i try to use adaptors in form builder. So, please tell me the steps by step process how to use adaptors in From Builder.

Which kind of adaptor are you trying to create? It would probably be faster for you to post your code and for to help you determine where the error is.
