     Hi, i want to attach the form to the work flow that is.

1) the user filled up the form and clicks on submit button then the that form instance is to attached to work flow

can you explain the procedure to attach the form to work flow

Try this out

create a custom object type were you gonna save your form field values

1. Create an e-form in forms builder which will have mapped with a custom object type
2. Create a process using process builder.
3. In process properties go to data tab
4. Create package and select the custom object type which you have used for creating the e-form.
5. The form name will display in the drop down. Select the form.
6. Select this package is mandatory and can be visible through the workflow check boxes.
7. After these steps go to initiate activity of your workflow and double click or right click select activity inspector. Go to data tab and select the package and select the checkbox having auto launch the package.
8. Save the process and install it.
9. Login to taskspace and go to process tab.
10. Select your process and click start process button.
11. Your e form will populate and enter the values and press submit your workflow will be started with the e form instance.
