Using documents in a Workspace Template

Hi all

We would like to add a document into one of our workspace templates. We can put it in a folder but the profile is fixed. We would like it to handle the profile in the same way as the default document profile is handled using the %workspace_value%.

Is there any way of adding a document so it takes the default values from the folder once the workspace is created from the template.

The idea is to allow the document to read its profile once it is opened and update its references from the profile so 1 stock letter would be fine as long as the profile is updated when the workspace is created from the temple.

Got further with this by using a connector to reprofile the document if it does not match the value of the default document profile.

Now I need to run a macro within the word document. Anyone had any experience of controlling word from c# in a connector and what's the load like on the server.
