Capturing "Take Ownership" event.

Hi All,
Is it possible to capture "Take" action performed by a member of a Group Task?
What I mean by this is, as a member of a group task takes the ownership of a task can we execute a custom code?

Milind,

The only thing by which you can resolve is to use an external task just after an group task and the owner of previous task would be used in handling your custom code.

I hope this would resolve ... else please provide more details about your requirement.

Yes - you can use an iwat trigger to capture the event (I don't remember the exact event string - but I think it's something like "TakeOwnership") and your iwat trigger script can then run your custom code.

We did this at a customer site where we had a grouptask followed by a cgitask - and we wanted the cgitask to be owned by the same person who took ownership of the grouptask so that it could start 'immediate'ly -- and it worked with the iwat trigger.
