Does anyone know the .ipl command for View List Modified? I want to add this as an option for authors in TS 5.5.2.

ipl command? Do you mean Command Line Tool (CLT)? iwlistmod does this for you. It expects a vpath as an argument and returns a somewhat tabular result. Check the CLT documentation for more details.
