Dear All,
After I have installed Media Transformation Services (MTS), along with all the required components, when i try to import a pdf through DAM, when the MTS tries to create thumbnail image rendention for the document, the following error is sent to the inbox of the user:
"The queue item with ID () and message '' was signed off as it reached its expiry age"
I searched in the forum, and followed the suggestion of increasing the "maxQueueItemAge" in "CTSServerService.xml" from the default "1m" to, for example, "5m", but, the result is that the error is generated after 5 minutes instead of 1.
I also checked the "CTS_log.txt" file, and noticed that the following error is repeated several times for each queue item:
"CTSQueueProcessor - Unable to execute the profile of the queue item ()"
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
