Is there any WDK Documentum Development Tutorial specific for Taskspace (like "Web_Development_Kit_6.5_Tutorial.pdf" for Webtop development)?

No there is not and there wont be any as taskspace is focussed on configuration. I agree that all the things cannot be achieved through configuration..

No there is not but you can customise Taskspace in the same way as Webtop !
