Tasklist performance issue

Hi All,

I have created a tasklist by adding total 5 variables from 2 sdt. The tasklist is loading fast when there are no tasks available for that partiular workflow. When there is even a single task is avilable it is taking long time to load the tasklist.

I have 4 process variables, 3 sdt and 3 packages. We have made all the process variables and unused packages unvisible to that particular activity.

still it is taking long time to load the tasklist.

Can anyone please help us to fix this issue?

1/ You can also take the next option into account in the app.xml of your taskspace appl:

<common_caching_framework>

              ...

This can be done without changing the default jar bpm-cache-ext.jar.

2/ As mentioned above, also take the memory consumption and availability into account of your tomcat JVM.

3/ The total number of queue_items in your db and the stats on the related tables can have an influence.

PS: First time after a restart, this can take up some time but this is because of the parsing that needs to be done. Once done, everything should go much better and the performance of the up and running environment should be improved.
