Hi everyone,
I am trying to install Business Activity Monitor (6.7) on the java method server of our Content Server (6.5sp3). I checked ahead of time to ensure that BAM 6.7 is compatibale with CS 6.5sp3. The installer fails almost immediately after execution. I checked the log file for the installer and found the following:
(Dec 30, 2011 11:42:41 AM), Setup.product.install, com.documentum.install.shared.common.error.DiException, err, An exception occured in: DiWABamInitialize, beanID: BamInitialize - DiWABamInitialize failed! - Method Server deployment descriptor does not exist at C:\Documentum\jboss4.3.0\server\DctmServer_MethodServer\deploy\ServerApps.ear\DmMethods.war\WEB-INF\web.xml. The Content Server may not have been properly installed.; For more detailed information, see the error log:

Our content server install was initially of an older version and was updated to 6.5sp3. This means the Java Method Server was installed under the folder [Documentum]\jboss4.2.0. The installer is looking for the folder [Documentum]\jboss4.3.0 which is the folder that he JMS would have been installed into if it were a fresh 6.5sp3 install.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Ryan
