Sub-Branches not showing in content store after SP2 install

We just upgraded our TeamSite 6.1 (Windows 2003 Server) to SP2 and the latest jumbo patch. After a reboot, we log in and see all three of our content stores but we only see sub branches under the default branch. However, when I look in the Y:drive, I see all the content. This server was working correctly yesterday before the SP2 install. We rolled back (uninstalled) the Service Pack and still have the same issues. iwfsck showes "no errors" and iwstoreadm -l shows all three stores active.

Any clues?

This sounds like a permissions problem - maybe your TS server is having problems communicating with your active directory server?
