valid XML against a DTD

This seems like it should be obvious, but I am having trouble finding a module that will simply look at an XML file and validate it against a DTD and return true or false if is valid or invalid. Can anyone point me to the right module?

There is an old PERL script

iw-home/bin/iwxml_validate.ipl that you can use.
I believe it's relies on XML::Checker: Smiley Tongue
