When I click on create actions in Taskspace Configuration, it gives me an option to select from Advanced Actions or Basic actions. Does anyone know how it queries for the actions available in these lists?

I checked this file and newly configured actions (created by using Taskspace Configuration screen) do not appear here. I know if you want to create a custom action, you have to modify this file.
Where I can find ts_plain_actions.xml file? On url https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-7640 it is mention that its accessible through documentum administrator.
Using DA, navigate to /System/Applications/[name of your application]/actions. For example if your application is called on_boarding you navigate to /System/Applications/on_boarding/actions.
but his path is not present in my documentum administrator portal. Its documentum server 6.7. How I can add custom actions?
Also any tutorial to build custom WDK coponent?
We are talking about on the file system not in the repository, which you are referring to.
