iToolkit download

I need to upgrade my customers site to Worksite 8.1.1 together with an upgrade to the SDK code.

However, although I have found the Worksite 8.1 Release Notes, I cannot find the 8.1 SDK download.

On the support site, if I select Downloads for iToolkit, I get nothing and it doesn't appear on the Worksite downloads either.

Can anyone tell me where it is hidden?

Also, I cannot find Indexer 8.1.1 download.
