How to add users into group using dfs.

Hi All,

I have requirement to add users into group, i need to achieve this using dfs. Please can you help me by explaining or shareing the samplecode.

I want to know what are all services i need to use inorder to add user to exsisting group.

There is no specific DFS web service to add users to group. You can do it with ObjectService, but the recommendation is to write a custom service.

I am new to writing custom service using dfs.net. is there any example using which i can explore this functionality and right my own custom service. Please help on this.

DFS Dev Guide and the SDK sample emc-dfs-sdk\samples\AcmeCustomService can help to create a custom service.

The other (simpler) option is to use Composer, and refer to Composer guide.

or you could use the query service and DQL to add to the group
