We are using AppXetender Reports Management as a downstream tool to store all the PDFs that we get from our vendor system. PDFs are built using VeryPDF_ps2pdf utility. Some of the PDFs contain images in it and “AppXetender Reports Management” somehow not able to interpret the PDF contents. We are noticing some missing characters which are part of PDF but are not present when we load them in “AppXetender Reports Management”. For example: below screen is missing “G” in “TRIAGE” in red box.
PDFs a loaded successfully if they don’t have images in it but generates missing character issue in case it has images. And moreover it is not fixed which character will be missing. Once we notice all 0s were missing from the content in yellow box. We are using version 5.20.035.
Any help in this is highly appreciated.
