Is this possible to programmatically create a query where I am excluding a specific set of profile parameters?

There is no Not query in complex searching. What are you ultimately trying to accomplish?

Our iImage Imaging Server product can now "reprocess" TIFF and PDF files that are stored in WorkSite into full-text searchable PDF files. What we want to do is mark files that have been processed already, so that we do not process them again. Since there are issues with the Boolean values in WorkSite 8, we decided to use a custom look-up field (e.g., Custom 12) that we can fill with specific values, like:

IN PROCESSING
PROCESSED OK
ERROR PROCESSING:
etc.,

And then be able to define searches in WorkSite that would retrieve (e.g.) all TIFFs where Custom 12 <> "PROCESSED OK" (or alternatively, where CUSTOM 12 is blank).

Any ideas?
