Hi All,
I got a production issue for one of the old 5.2.5 application which is using iauthetication service to logon through our corporate login screen.Th components used to setup local environment(code base)are 5.2.5 webtop in RSA 7.5. websphere 6.0
When we try to logon the authentication fails.On some analsysis I got to find the below which is printed.S1 signfies to username,s2 password and s3 domain
00000029 SystemOut O s1 gvijay2
00000029 SystemOut O s2 could not load key
00000029 SystemOut O s3 null.
Not able to confirm why its printing "could not load the key".Iam attaching the code snippet herewith.The login.jsp is successfully initalized
The code base has been properly complied .The code snippet is as below and also attached herewith
public void onLogin(String username)
{
clearErrorMessage();
super.validate();
if(getIsValid())
try
{
m_strDocbase = lookupElement("docbase").getValue();
Docuwsl docuObject = new Docuwsl();
String docuwsl = docuObject.getDocuWsl(username);
try
{
authenticate(m_strDocbase,username,docuwsl,m_strDomain);
}
catch(com.documentum.web.formext.session.PasswordExpiredException passwordexpiredexception)
{
m_bChangePassword = true;
}
protected void authenticate(String s, String s1, String s2, String s3)
throws com.documentum.web.formext.session.PasswordExpiredException, DfException
{
IAuthenticationService iauthenticationservice = AuthenticationService.getService();
System.out.println("s1 "+s1);
System.out.println("s2 "+s2);
System.out.println("s3 "+s3);
String loginName = s1.toLowerCase();
System.out.println("loginName = "+loginName);
iauthenticationservice.login(getPageContext().getSession(), s, loginName, s2, s3);
}
If anybody has faced this issue please let me know how this can be resolved.
