HI This is regarding ADTS service in DOCUMENTUM

We have encountered that a user has recieved Rendition of a document quite Late as they were supposed to be , I have the name and Object ID of the document :

In DA I tried to use following DQl query :

Select * from dmr_content where any parent_id ='Object ID',

I found the creation date of the document to be same as that of rendition ,

But the user has claimed she recievd It Late,

Please let me know how to investigate further

Does she mean that she received notification of the creation of the rendition? Unless she has a screenshot, its hard to prove/disprove what a user claims.

No Its not notification of rendition, it is the rendition that she recieved Late:

My query gave result: of set_time attribute to be same for both document and its rendition
