Populating values in drop down from custom type in xcp

Hi All

i have requirment to display name of the doctor in dropdown box by getting the names from custom type in xcp. for this i used com.documentum.xforms.engine.adaptor.datasource.jdbc.JDBCDataSourceAdaptor type adaptor. but how can i set complex out put for this

In complex type we have to set output type as Repeating value
