In forms builder user guide we have feature called x-path funcations. but i don't how to use.
Plz help me how to use x-path funcations in forms builder.

Hi Pingili,
In the form builder user guide, you have a specific section about XPath and all functions that are available. You can use xpath exactly the same way as a xml file.

Thank u very much for u'r quick repaly. i have a requriment, In my xcp form i have one date filed.i need to compare this value with today's date. if the value of the date exceeds 15 days. i need to give some message. For this purpose iam plaing to use days-from-date( ) funcation. can i use xpath funcations. if yes how can i?
Yes you can try something like that :
<xforms:bind nodeset="Now" calculate="days-from-date(now())"/> <xforms:bind nodeset="Year" calculate="substring(now(), 1, 4)"/> <xforms:bind nodeset="Christmas" calculate="concat(../Year, '-12-25')"/> <xforms:bind nodeset="ChristmasDay" calculate="days-from-date(../Christmas)"/> <xforms:bind nodeset="Result" calculate="../ChristmasDay - ../Now"/>

In forms builder, in a text box for example, you have a special box to add your XPath functions !
