Custom login page

I've made the changes described in the following topic to disable CCSTD on the initial login screen.

My issue is that when the cookie times out after 24 hours, the login screen that appears then has the choice of whether they want standard or professional. Any idea if I need to change a different jsp than the Login.jsp page or if there are additional changes needed in that one?
