Hi,
I'm struggling to create a wizard like interface with Forms Builder.
Our customers requirements are:
1) Initiate the process
2) Perform a search of existing Customers, select a sub-set and add these to a list for processing. They may repeat this process multiple times, performing Customer searches and adding multiple Customers to the processing list
3) Once this step is completed they should be able to hit Next on the Form and it should take them to the next manual activity in the workflow.
4) There are many other steps after this and it would be good to be able to use the Previous and Next (Wizard) UI pattern
I cannot think of a way to get this working.
I have tried using Task Forms for each of the Manual Activities - which works, but they need to select the next task using a task list - which is an undesirable user interaction. I have also set Get Next Task Automatically in the users preferences, but this still doesn't seem to automatically bring up the next manual activity's Task Form (I think that this may be because I'm using the Inbox and not a work queue).
So learned forum - is there a simple way to do this, please? I have done endless searching and found no real solution. I get the horrible feeling that I may be trying to do something that TaskSpace is not designed to do.
I cannot use customisations, so using a custom WDK component is not an option. We have the ability to use 6.7 SP1 and the Stateless Process Engine so anything inventive using this functionality is also welcome.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks Niall
