Customized metatag for different projects on same server

Hi,

We have two project installed on the same server but they are using seperate content stores. We want to customize meta data for the projects. for example metatag for project 1 should have and field and that for project 2 should have and field.

How can it be done since both of the stores are using same "datacapture.cfg" to be used to define meta tags which is under \iw-home\local\config folder.

There is also a file called metadata-rules.cfg you can use this to configure the rules which apply to specific locations

You need to write different rules for different branch levels. so the data capture for metadata will be different for the respective branches. its simple. what else you want.

Try reading the TeamSite Administrator's Guide - for 6.5 Unix - look around page 105 - for other versions / platforms search for "metadata-rules" and you should be able to find the information you need.
