Use of callout tag

i used the following code in the dct:

This code is giving an error as shown in the attachment. Can Someone help me with use of the callout tag? Any examples to help out with same would be highly appreciated.

I am not able to attach the error message because of some attachment issue. Anyhow, The error is an access error and the file couldnot be read from the location specified. I need to dynamically populate a dropdown with values which are picked up from a flat file or a xml. Any examples in that regard, would be helpfull.

Make sure that your ipl file is in iw-bin folder.. Here i m giving a sample code.You can easily find out more in form templating pdfs.

You just forget to add options.txt
