Value not transfering from one form to another form

Hi,

I am invoking an Electronic Form in Task template by using Invoke Button control in Taskspace using XCP. My requirement is to i need to get an Id which i am entering in the Task Template to the Electronic Form.

The Task template looks like this.

                                  

Electroninc Form looks like this

                

I need the patient id which we entered in Above form (Task Template Form) should come to Below Form( Electronic Form) on Clicking GET Rx Button.

And on Submitting this E Form the control again should come back to the Task template. I have wrote an Action for this and i am able to view E Form on clicking Invoke Button but i am not able to get the Patient Id which was entered in Task Template. Can anyone help me in doing this.
