Duplicate Form ISSUE on Taskspace(URGENT)

Dear All,

The problem i faced on taskspace is a tricky one, I designed process and form by using process and form builder separetly, the form was set as the "auto-launch package" for the process. After that, a search tab was created for form searching, on this search tab, i customized one button which will be used for launch the process. Once i click the button under the search tab, the form template will be opened for filling, unfortunately, the system will create two forms everytime and only one of them can be loaded successfully by the process (coz this form can display the process status), another one is empty.

Please help if you have any solution on it~

Does your invoke button launch the form? I have a process that I have defined auto-launch form for the activity and it works fine (ie it doesnt create two copies). We launch the process using the Process Initiate form.

Firstly, thank you so much for replying me on my query.

The button does launched the form successfully, but create two entities at the same time. If you go back to the search tab directly without click any cancel or submit button on the form, you will see two forms and only one of them has a lock in front of it(coz the form is still on edit stage). If i canceled the submission, in theory, none form will be created due to this operation, but in fact, there is still one form left under the search tab. so confuse.

I set the "Auto-Launch Package" in initiate block only for the process, am i setting wrong? otherwise, the invoke button will not launch the form directly.

By the way, my form builder is in version 6.5 SP3 and process builder is in version 6.5 SP2, but i don't think version cause this issue, any recommend on it?

By the way, we can't use process Initiate form coz seems the form can't be stored as a real form~~we are using electronic form for this process.

We are using 6.5 SP2 as well. The form that is launched is eform. However, we dont use search form and when the process is launched, the user has to select/confirm the form as part of the package. This behavior has changed in the current release (6.7) and the user doesnt have to confirm the selection of the eform as part of the package. I'm still not sure why you are using search form.

Well, in fact, it is not a real solution. my problem was caused by the workflow configuration and the customized action button. Once using the action button to run the workflow, and then the workflow will load the form template automatically. and it will create an extra empty form every time, i believe that was cased by the 'package' i attached for the workflow, due to i have no time to re-design the process, so I adjusted the 'Search' tab DQL query to filter the empty form. That is why i said it is not a proper solution
