I am on Teamsite 6.5 on Win 2k3, i am not where i have to post this , i thought it would have to do with templating and BEA weblogic. But here is the question, It is a Visual Format Editor Issue, I have asome text in visual format with some bulleted text, when i generate the page, i can see the bullets, i mean everything seems to be fine. When you check the source for the generated page, there are li and div tags, that is fine too. But my problem arises when the same html is called in the portal, at this point, all of my bullets are gone , i donno why. if anyway can throw a light on this, i would really appretiate it.

Yes, this seems to be a portal issue. If your text is being displayed properly after the presentation template acts upon your DCR, that process is apparently behaving as it is supposed to.

Yes dave, I kinda agree with you, you know it easy to blame on others, and they are blaming on Interwoven. So is there any thing which as an interwoven guy, i can do to resolve this issue?
Please any one who have experiance this in their BEA implementations, can reply to this post.

Simple solution check the CSS file for your portal. My guess is they have a style set for either the <LI> tag or for the <UL> tag concerning what bullet type to use. It's important to make sure you're using the same stylesheets on both teamsite preview and portal (where your content resides) so that when users preview in teamsite they can see (to a certain extent) how things will look.
