Port 9173 for open deploy

not include non-Interwoven applications that might need to use these ports in your
OpenDeploy environment.

Does anyone have any experience with a conflict over the 9173 port.? As far as I can tell it is listed as unassigned. (unassigned range 19001-19190 ) So anyone might try to use it. Which leads me to the question. Does anyone have a list of non-interwoven applications that might need the port in question.? Interwoven must have some idea or there would not be a warning.. I am trying to impact potential problems of integrating this product into a consolidated environment running multiple apps and services. Solaris install:

No, there is typically no port conflict with 9173 -- but then, what really is a typical implementation? Some other third-party application might prefer to use that port, as well, and I think that's why the documentation includes that warning.

9173 is unassigned but the range you gave in your post was from 19001 - 19190, which sounds like a range of zip codes around where I live rather than a spec for IP addresses. Yes, ports in that high range are unassigned but I think you might have made a typo since 9173 is not included in that range
